Process Architecture for Business

Growth by
Design, Not by
Accident.

I redesign broken business processes and build them into reliable systems, so you can step back without everything falling apart.

The Cracks

Growth doesn't break businesses. Broken processes do.

Scaling exposes every operational weakness you've been ignoring. What should be growth becomes chaos.

The Bottleneck

You're the centre of every decision. The business stalls when you're unavailable. Processes that worked at $500k are breaking at $2M.

The Waste

You're losing 10-20 hours per week to manual work. Budget and team capacity are maxed out on low-value tasks. Tools fail because processes aren't designed to use them.

The Risk

Data lives in multiple places. Hand-offs between teams are broken. Manual re-entry creates errors. Nobody knows which version is correct.

You've probably tried fixing this with new software, automation, AI and even hiring. But the problems keep coming back because you're
treating symptoms, not redesigning what's broken.

The Philosophy

Technology doesn't fix broken processes.

Whether it's wasted time, fragmented data, or bottlenecks, the solution is the same: map what's happening, redesign for efficiency, then build systems that enforce the improved workflow.

01.

Map the reality

Most inefficiencies hide in the gaps: unclear hand-offs, redundant approvals, scattered data. Without mapping what actually happens (not what should happen), you're guessing at solutions.

02.

Eliminate before you automate

The most efficient process is the one that doesn't run at all. Automating broken workflows just produces waste faster.

03.

Enforce behaviour through systems

Good intentions don't create consistency, systems do. The result: fewer interruptions, cleaner data, capacity freed for growth.

The Options

Here's how we do
this together

Option 01

Process Redesign &
System Implementation

Redesign your broken processes and build it into a reliable system.

From S$7,500

Fixed price after discovery. Most projects: S$15,000–S$30,000. No surprises.

What happens

  • Discovery session
  • Detailed current state mapping
  • Strategic workflow redesign
  • Build & configure system
  • Documentation & team training
  • 30 days post-delivery support

Common Redesigns

  • Sales pipelines
  • Client onboarding
  • Project management
  • Customer support
  • Financial reporting
  • Operations workflows

Who this is for

You know what's broken (or you've done Option 2 below). You're ready to invest in fixing it properly. You want both the strategic thinking and the hands-on implementation.

Option 02

Process Audit &
Strategic Roadmap

Diagnose what's broken before committing to implementation.

From S$2,000

Note: This is diagnosis, not detailed redesign or implementation. That's Option 1.

What happens

  • 2-hour workflow analysis session
  • Visual process map of your current state
  • Written diagnostic report: what's broken and why
  • Strategic direction on what to fix first
  • High-level guidance on solution approach
  • 30-minute follow-up

Who this is for

You need clarity on what's broken before committing to full implementation. You may need budget approval or want to validate fit first.

Let's talk about your operations

I primarily work with business owners and decision-makers at companies doing S$200k–S$5M in revenue, but occasionally take on smaller or larger companies if it's a good fit.

I'll respond within 48 hours if it's a good fit.

About

From one-man shows to hardwiring growth

I've spent most of my career working alone, even within teams.

Running my own tuition practice and copywriting business. Founding and running a business media website solo. Being the first content marketing hire at most companies where "educating stakeholders" was as much a part of the job as the work itself. In every case, being efficient made the difference between sinking or swimming.

So I built processes, documented workflows and created systems that helped me keep up without burning out.

One of my content strategy roles required me to set the vision, build the tech infrastructure from scratch, assemble a content team, and bring other stakeholders along, on a tight timeline and a shoestring budget, all to produce a proof of concept with the promise of unlocking further resources. Those were content, SEO, and martech responsibilities rolled into one person. Rather than grinding through weekends to keep up, I designed the processes, workflows, and systems that let me do it all, and eventually convert 12% of blog readers into paying customers.

When I later learned to code and got deeper into AI and automation, it eventually led to a stint as an AI automation solutions consultant, where I helped an AI startup cut their LLM operational costs by 80% through smarter system design.

That experience also revealed what this kind of work actually requires: understanding business problems, mapping how work actually happens, redesigning processes for efficiency, then building them into reliable, sustainable systems.

Now I help growing businesses eliminate operational waste and owner dependency. I bring the same discipline I developed in marketing, measurement, ROI focus, prioritisation, to business process design and implementation.

I understand what it feels like to be overwhelmed operationally, because I've lived it. And I know how to systematically work your way out.
