I've spent most of my career working alone, even within teams.
Running my own tuition practice and copywriting business. Founding and running a business media website solo. Being the first content marketing hire at most companies where "educating stakeholders" was as much a part of the job as the work itself. In every case, being efficient made the difference between sinking or swimming.
So I built processes, documented workflows and created systems that helped me keep up without burning out.
One of my content strategy roles required me to set the vision, build the tech infrastructure from scratch, assemble a content team, and bring other stakeholders along, on a tight timeline and a shoestring budget, all to produce a proof of concept with the promise of unlocking further resources. Those were content, SEO, and martech responsibilities rolled into one person. Rather than grinding through weekends to keep up, I designed the processes, workflows, and systems that let me do it all, and eventually convert 12% of blog readers into paying customers.
When I later learned to code and got deeper into AI and automation, it eventually led to a stint as an AI automation solutions consultant, where I helped an AI startup cut their LLM operational costs by 80% through smarter system design.
That experience also revealed what this kind of work actually requires: understanding business problems, mapping how work actually happens, redesigning processes for efficiency, then building them into reliable, sustainable systems.
Now I help growing businesses eliminate operational waste and owner dependency. I bring the same discipline I developed in marketing, measurement, ROI focus, prioritisation, to business process design and implementation.
I understand what it feels like to be overwhelmed operationally, because I've lived it. And I know how to systematically work your way out.
